Dog poop pickup FAQ

What does Poof! Yard Co. do?

Poof! Yard Co. is a dog poop pickup service (also called a pooper scooper or pet waste removal service) for homes in Bentonville and Bella Vista, Arkansas. We scoop the dog poop out of your yard on a set schedule so it’s barefoot-ready again.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Bentonville, AR and Bella Vista, AR. If you’re nearby, text us anyway. If there’s room on the route, we’ll make it work.

How often do you come?

Most families pick every week, on the same day. We also offer twice-a-week visits, every-other-week visits and one-time cleanups.

How much does it cost?

Weekly service is $20 per visit for 1–2 dogs. Twice a week is $18 per visit, every other week is $28 per visit, and one-time cleanups start at $79. Each dog after two adds $3 per visit. See the full pricing page.

Is there a contract?

No. There’s no contract. Just give us a week’s notice if you want to cancel.

How do I pay?

Billing runs weekly on autopay, so there’s nothing to remember.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need a way into the yard on your service day. You’ll get a photo and a text after each visit.

Will you close my gate?

Every single time. We latch the gate behind us on every visit.

What happens to the poop?

We bag it and seal it into your trash bin. Want it gone entirely? We’ll haul the bags away for $3 per visit.

What if it storms on my service day?

We come back the next dry day.

Who is the Doo Doo Fairy?

She’s our mascot: tiara on, clothespin on her nose, bag in hand. She’d wave, but she’s holding the bag.

How do I get started?

Call or text (479) 397-1016 or request a quote online. We’ll set your poof day and the Fairy takes it from there.
